  17. total stay in Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Denmark is less than 3
  18. months. A residence permit is required for longer stays.

  21. are high. Tapwater is potable.
  22. </p>
  23. <p>     Telecommunications: Service is efficient to most of Norway
  24. and the world. Norway is six standard time zones ahead of
  25. eastern standard time.

  27. <p>     Transportation: Daily flights connect Oslo with the U.S. and
  28. major European cities. Public transportation is efficient.
